Day 2 of 10

This should of been posted last night but Mike's best friend who moved to New York a while ago is in town and I didn't know he was coming over until I got home from Booty Camp and he was in my living room so we hung out for a few hours.

I lost a little bit more weight which is nice, and it seems like I have more energy from what I have been eating.

This is what I had yesterday:

Breakfast: Tomato Omelette (3 egg whites an 1 whole egg with half a tomato)

Snack: Raspberry Protein Smoothie

Lunch: Turkey Sandwich

Snack: Cottage Cheese and Paprika I tried cottage cheese again and I'm sorry to say that I am not a fan so I ended up having a banana and a peanut butter clif bar

Dinner: (when I got home from Booty Camp) Salmon, Asparagus and Salad

So far it's been going well, I have found myself being a little bit hungry so I just upped the amount of food I am having by just a little bit so I can feel content and not hungry right away.

I'm weighing myself every morning and writing it down so when this 10 days is all over I can post on my total of weight lost.

I must say this 10 day food plan has helped me really meal plan for the future so I know what fills me up and what just gives me instant energy.

Q. Do you meal plan? If so do you do a daily meal plan (plan the night before) or do you do a weekly meal plan for you and the rest of your family?

  1. I meal plan for a week at a time. Though I am going a lousy job right now. The heat throws me into a tailspin. I know we are not getting enough protein in a day. We'll survive focusing on hydration this week.

  2. I do a weekly mealplan...but I'm brutal at it during the summer (because I'm home full time). I'm awesome at it when I'm working because I have to be!
I think I'm going to do this food plan with you- think it might help my pot belly out to eat less chips;)

  3. We do a weekly meal plan here. The hubs and I discuss the week, what we want for dinner, and then we get groceries once a week. It helps with the budget and our dinner organization. Plus it cuts down on going out for fast food (blech!)
