It's been a few days of no posting and I thought this would be a great day to post.
Unfortunately I have not started my couch to 5k program yet due to extreme heat here in Southern Ontario. I'm usually really good with hot weather but when there is extreme heat like we have been having I get major migraines so I decided to stay home today and I also missed my Booty Camp Session last night because of it.
Honestly i've been feeling blah the last couple of days because of the heat. I've been so tired and just not motivated to do anything. Because I cannot go for my run I'm going to skip and do some leg work and arm work today.
I found this something new on a awesome girl's blog and her awesome name is Miranda and you can check her out her blog here. I started this 10 day food program and I'm really excited about it. There are some things on the 10 day program I don't like so I'm susbstituting some of the things I don't like for others that have the same nutritional value. It's supposed to help me lost around 10lbs in 10 days. Hey I will be happy if I lose around 4-5. I don't know if it will work but I'm going to try it out anyway.
I'm also hoping to try these smoothies called green monsters I've heard so much about them, especially from Miranda that once this 10 day food program is done I'm going to give it a try.
There is so much more that's going to be going on but I will update you in August when I can get more info, so stay tuned :)

ReplyDeleteI didn't run today either. I did get up very early and walked which I figured was better than nothing. Will aim for tomorrow too. I hate the heat too. It totally wipes me out.
